Gail Horn and Patrick Sheeran bring a combined total of several decades experience in the world of residential interior design to HS2designs.

Each also contributes their own perspective and distinct array of talents to offer clients the very highest level of service and expertise in creating beautiful, sophisticated environments on time, on budget, and beyond all expectations.

A graduate of Parsons, Gail began her career as an in-house designer for real estate developer Imperial Properties over two decades ago. After nearly ten years working with Tim Neiman Interiors to oversee lobby and hallway renovations for residential apartment buildings as well as the design and renovation of residential apartments, she founded Gail Horn Design LLC in 1999. For over 20 years, her company has handled the design and construction oversight of apartment renovations, lobby and hallway renovation, exterior façade renovation, design and staging model apartments for sales and marketing programs.

 

Patrick’s extensive experience in the worlds of art, fashion, graphic and logo design, corporate collateral and interior design led into a decade-long career in staging homes for sale and creating model apartments for real estate developers, brokerage firms and managing agents. His enduring relationships with clients and colleagues led to a series of fruitful collaborations with Gail. 

 

Now, together with their teams, Gail and Patrick are able to work collaboratively with clients to create lobby, hallway, and common area designs that are as functional and easy to maintain as they are comfortable, welcoming, and impressive. Their deep background in a variety of creative pursuits means they can work easily across a wide spectrum of design styles and genres to create fully customized solutions that transform and elevate every space and all who live in, and experience.
